Its a rainy day here today so we're kind of stuck inside. Thats fine by me since I really should do a few things around here. Jeremy's still a bit under the weather so he slept in a bit more than usual. Kaeden and I have played with play dough, colored, and played trains. I managed to get some shots of him looking at the rain out of the sliding glass door.

I agree, sometimes rain is a good thing. It's kind of fun to be all cozy inside and just plain lazy. :) Kaed looks so cute in that first one!

I was excited to read that you have the D40 because that's the camera I have. You are much more experienced than I am - your pics are amazing. What settings do you use to get so much detail?
Thanks for the compliment lillian. ;) My settings always vary but I do shoot in manual so I have a little more control.
