Jarett's umbilical cord fell off last week so we've been able to actually put him in the bath instead of just sponge bathing him. This has made a world of difference in the bath time experience for all of us. He doesn't scream anymore! We also started using the lavender bath so we aren't sure if that plays a part in keeping him more relaxed too. He definitely sleeps well afterwards which makes me think maybe we should give him his bath at around 11pm so he'll sleep good while I'm sleeping too!
Still not crazy about getting lotion'd up though. He's not a fan of the cool air on his bare skin.

He's a real beauty, and so big for 3 weeks...Nice to see him awake and happy.
