Happy Half Birthday Jarett!

Jarett turned 6 months old today and since I haven't really done any formal pictures of him I was determined to get some. So after his morning nap we did a little impromtu shoot in the dining room. ;) I'm really happy with the way these turned out and plan on ordering some prints to hang on the wall.

Jarett is such a good baby and such a joy to have around. He's very opinionated and will quickly let you know if he doesn't like something. But overall he's a happy baby and goes with the flow pretty well. He smiles at everyone everywhere we go. He loves to give us big sloppy baby kisses and squeeze our necks. Having a baby is one of the hardest but most rewarding experiences and I feel so blessed to be his Mommy.









Here are the things he's doing now at 6 months old:

Sitting unassisted
Rolling over both ways
Grabbing your toes every chance he gets
Scooting on his belly
Getting up on his knees and rocking back and forth
Chewing everything
Babbling dadadada
Laughing at Kaeden all the time
Eating solids

We are reminded every day how blessed we are to have such happy, healthy children. It is such a joy watching them grow and learn.
