I was totally convinced we'd have a crawler first with the way he's been scooting lately but I was wrong. He's been sitting with support and 'tripoding' for a few weeks now but now the last few days he sits up nice and straight all by himself. He's still working on his balance though and will inevitably topple over so I keep the boppy behind him just in case. He's pretty proud of himself.

I even let him sit in the front of the shopping cart today instead of sitting in the infant carrier. He loved it. Its great for me too because at almost 20 lbs, he's getting way too heavy for me to lug around in that seat!
Big brother is proud too. :)

This boy is gonna be a handful. I just know it. He's tries to get in to EVerything already. And tonight he started getting up on his knees, rocking back and forth, then lunging himself toward whatever he was going for. It won't be long and this is gonna be a whole new ball game.

He does love being"UP", he is just ready to go, isn't he? And of course the remote is the best toy of them all!
