Work in progress.

jeremy has decided to get a japanese half sleeve tattoo. i'm totally ok with it since i love tattoos anyway. this is by no means his first tattoo but its his biggest and it has definitely taken tattooing to a whole new level. once jeremy came up with an idea of what he wanted he went to see what the guy could draw up for him. once that was done, it was a 4 hour or so session for the outline. the tattoo is being done by randy at peacock tattoo in jacksonville. he's doing a kick ass job.

here is a view from the side. the main subject is a dragon which wraps around his arm and up on to his chest. in the background there are waves and clouds and cherry blossoms. its hard to see what it will really look like from just the outline but you get the idea.

a little closer view

here you can really see the dragon's head on his chest

it comes all the way on to his back too

underneath will be a flower blended in with everything else.

you can see all the redness and bruising in some areas too. OUCH. there were definitely some tender spots, and he's pretty good with pain.

stay tuned for more pics of the black and grey work. and in few more weeks, COLOR!
