The kid is growing up way too fast. He told Jeremy last week that he wanted to take his training wheels off. So we practiced for a while. He's not quite there yet but we'll keep practicing till he gets it.
And he started 1st grade last Monday. He's already made some friends in his class. I don't think any of them live in our neighborhood this year though. He's liking it so far though. Just getting back in the swing of homework and stuff. I snapped a couple of pics the morning of his first day. He was so excited.
Here he was same day last year. :)
I think I'm gonna start taking a picture of him in that same place in front of the kitchen counter each year so you can really see how much he's grown.
p.s. I started school last week too so I'm sure I'll be slacking here even more than usual. lol.

My handsome young man.....sweetest kid ever. 6 yrs has flown right by, and so much to look forward too.
Wow, he's really grown in the last year. He is definitely losing that baby look. I like your idea of taking a photo in the same spot each year... I've already kind of done this, now I just need to keep it going! :)
