Ever since we moved in to this house we've wanted to put a playset out back. We finally have a big back yard to put it in so we were really excited that we finally got one this year. We wanted to get one that will last the kids a really long time and I think we did a good job with this one. It has a little bench area underneath for picnics and a rope and rock wall on the back. Kaeden really likes it and loves just hanging out up top for a birds eye view.
It was no easy task putting this thing together. Thankfully Jeremy is good with stuff like this and he had the help of his dad and my brother for a few days.
Done except for the slide which was another task all by itself, surprisingly.
And finally, day 3, all done and it's time to play.
We got a special swing for Jarett and ummmm....
Looks like he loves it right? Haha. We just keep trying and he's getting better. He makes it about 5 minutes now before he loses grip.
Just for kicks, this is Kaeden showing me his fake yawn. Whacko.
It's so nice having the playset out there now. Kaeden goes outside all the time to play now that he has something to do. The kids that live behind us have a similar one too so when they're all outside together they hang out up top and talk to eachother.
Jeremy was also busy mulching some new flower beds and planting trees. We got two new palms and some crape myrtles as well as some new flowers to plant around them. It's really starting to come a long back there and I know we'll really enjoy it this summer.
