Soccer Time!

Kaeden LOVES to kick a ball so we registered him for soccer this year now that he's old enough to play! Since his Dad plays soccer to he volunteered to coach the team. Their first practice was tonight and he was so excited to get out there and learn how to play! There are six kids total on his team so its a nice small group. Should be a fun season!

The kids named this drill 'foxtail'. They had to try and pull the red shirts out of the other players shorts. Here they all come with huge grins on their faces. :)

The next drill was kicking the ball in the goal. They're all lined up and ready.

He shoots, he scores!

For the last drill they split up in teams. My child just stood there while everyone ran the field. Why I did not get a picture of this I have no idea because it was hilarious. He was over it at that point I guess.

"I'm SOO hot and thirsty, mom!"

So it was a fun practice. He had a great time and we're really looking forward to the season!
