Another One Bites the Dust.

Peanut butter cookie dust, that is.

With all my friends blogging about these darn cookies I finally just gave in and made some. Its a super simple recipe and I had all the ingredients. Well, actually I didn't have enough sugar to make a whole batch so I made a half batch. :P

And the after. YUMMY. At first I thought my 1/2 egg estimate was a bit off because the cookies were falling apart. But once they cooled off they were puuuuurrrrfect!


Kaeden loved them, but not the camera so much!


Titan was mad that he couldn't share in the yummy yummy goodness!


Here's the recipe for those of you who haven't seen it yet! Its sooooo easy!

1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Mix it all together then roll it in to 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Press with fork. Bake at 350* for 10-15 minutes depending on how you like them... crispy or soft!

Let me just say that its a good thing I made a half batch because I've already eaten most of them! *oops*

Kaeden also got a fresh new 'do yesterday so I tried to get a couple of shots of it. I'm telling you this kid HATES my camera so I'm really suprised I even got these. I think he was just on a cookie high and decided to be nice for the camera. Either that or Bee Movie. :P
