Last Sunday we all went out to a local farm for their corn maze and kids activities. Jeremy, me, and the kids went as well as my parents, my brother and his cutie Jackson, our friends Matt, Lindsay and Madison, and friends Keri, Lyndon, and Aubrey. It was a gorgeous day although still a bit warmer than I'd hoped. They had slides, hay rides, a 'corn popper' bouncy thing, and a maze of corn to find your way through.
The slides made a lot of static electricity.
The corn maze was just that. A maze. Each and every corner and turn looked the same as the last. I think we just went in circles. The kids had fun though and I think we made some new paths of our own. Jeremy took us through a few paths that I don't think existed before us. ;)
The kids got SO dirty going through it with all the dirt that was kicked up by all the people and strollers. I had to get a shot of Madison's dirty face. She's still cute!
All the off-roading in the maze put Jarett to sleep so while he napped, Kaeden and Madison went on the corn popper.
I got some shots of Kaeden on the haystacks. Spencer and Jackson too.
Jarett woke up happy and ready to chew on something.
Made a point to get some pictures with me in them. ;)
And some more without.
We ended the day with dinner at Cracker Barrel... YUMMO! By the time we got home the kids were beat! It was straight in the bath to wash off the dirt and then time to relax (or sleep in Jarett's case) on the couch.
It was such a fun day. Can't wait to go again next year when Jarett will be able to enjoy it a little more!
