Orlando Trip. Fun fun fun!

The Saturday after Christmas we left in the morning for Universal Orlando! Kaeden enjoyed watching a movie in the car on the way there. Its only about 2 hours from us so it was an easy trip. We got all checked in to our hotel and then headed out to the park. We hit up Islands of Adventure first.

Kaeden was big enough to do a lot of the rides. Spider man was first. Its in 3D so here he is sporting his 3D glasses.



He was a champ on the ride but afterwards admitted that it was a little scary. He didn't want to go on any other 'dark' rides after that.

He did enjoy some roller coasters though... but they had to be outside. lol. He loved all the different things in the 'kiddie' area too!





Sunday we headed to Universal for the day. Its a bit more oriented for the whole family so we could ALL go on ALL the rides.We all liked most of everything there I think.

We had such a fun time and it was great getting to know Tony and Jennifer better. Kaeden made FAST friends with their kids and has seen them every day since they've been here. They leave tomorrow and I know he'll be so sad when they're gone. Hopefully we'll be able to make a trip up to Kentucky soon though!

Oh.... and here's the ONLY shot I got of Jeremy's mom and a dad. Dad was sick and faded FAST so they hung out at the hotel most of the day. We were able to go to a Luau with them Saturday night though (didn't bring my camera dangit!) and breakfast sunday mornning. It really sucks that Jerry was so sick after all the planning that went in to this trip! We appreciate it so much!
