And the Tree is UP!

I cannot begin to tell you how special this Christmas is to me already. Its the first year I've really decorated my own tree WITH someone. Jeremy and I spent hours at Garden Ridge picking out the tree and all the ornaments and decorations. We picked out stockings for us, Keaden, and Titan. We spent Saturday night listening to music and putting up the tree. It was just wonderful and so special to me.

Of course, Kaeden is all about the lights! Here are just a few pics I snapped this morning. I'm trying to get a feel for what settings I need to use so that I can get some decent ones of Kaeden in front of the tree.





Here are some special ornaments. We got a letter for each of us. Once we got home we realized we forgot to get a T for Titan. :( and when we went back the next day there were none. Hopefully I'll be able to find one.




We got Kaeden his own ornament for the tree, a lollipop. I should have known he would find it right away!




Especially for my shutterbugs, here's a 100% crop of the ornament in the first lollipop pic above. I just happened to notice this as I was editing!


Oh, and we also put out the decorations in the yard last night! Kaeden thought that was super cool and he enjoyed helping Jeremy set it all up. I don't have any pics of the completed project though. I'll try and get some of those tonight! ;)

As you can tell, its going to be a magical Christmas this year. I'm just feeling so IN the spirit! I'm sure there will be many, many, many more pics to come!
